Tuesdays – 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm

All sessions £3.50 per session

Sessions consist of :~

  • Warm up and genital exercises ~warming up, using every part if the body.
  • Mobility through dance ~ dance steps to learn and follow
  • Chair exercises ~ smaller exercises focusing on strengthening muscles
  • Floor exercises ~ focus on stretching and then relaxing through controlling breath
