Tuesdays – 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
All sessions £3.50 per session
Sessions consist of :~
- Warm up and genital exercises ~warming up, using every part if the body.
- Mobility through dance ~ dance steps to learn and follow
- Chair exercises ~ smaller exercises focusing on strengthening muscles
- Floor exercises ~ focus on stretching and then relaxing through controlling breath
